The trainer made this course incredibly easy to understand. He went at a pace that worked for us and made sure to try and relate it to our current duty positions, by doing this he kept us very involved and eased our learning. He clearly has a strong understanding of the course material. The location of the facility and the facility itself are both also very nice. The break area allowed for a pleasant cup of tea and time to relax for a better learning experience.
