The course was extremely helpful as it met all of my needs. Before I started this course, I had no knowledge of what Linux is or does at all. Now I can take my new findings and knowledge of the OS and apply it to my day-to-day objectives to provide support for my customers and most importantly improve the service I provide. Very knowledgeable instructor who has made me feel extremely comfortable despite having initial nerves before as I was not sure if I would be able to understand such a complex OS in such a short amount of time (one day). I will definitely recommend this course to a few of my colleagues when I return to work.
