Mark was very knowledgeable and although the course was taught at a fair pace he made sure we all understood the logic of the various sections before moving on. This was my first experience of taking a course remotely and the differences between this and classroom learning were not as great as I'd feared. All in all a useful course, and well taught and administered.

The course was very useful indeed and covered the Shell scripting content we require in support. I have learnt how to create scripts, amend and write shell programming which is new and very useful techniques. Due to the way I learn I may have benefitted from further time to digest certain topics before moving onto the next one, which could be the course duration or it moving a little too fast for me. Overall, very good course with a very knowledgeable trainer, who always helped with the tasks and explanations in detail.
