We offer three different study options. These are: 

• Live virtual classroom: Our most popular learning method. Join interactive, instructor-led sessions online that offer the structure and engagement of face-to-face learning, without the need to travel 
• Classroom: Learn in person at one of our training venues, where our expert trainers create a dynamic, engaging environment that encourages discussion and collaboration 
• Onsite: Specifically for our business clients, we offer learning programmes delivered in a location of your choice and tailored to meet the needs of your teams 

Our courses span a broad range of subject areas designed to build and strengthen technical capability across key IT disciplines. We cover coding languages such as Python, Java, C# and Ruby, as well as core skills in web development. You’ll also find extensive training in database technologies, including Oracle, SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and more. For those focused on systems and infrastructure, we offer expert-led courses in Linux, Unix, and other operating systems. Additionally, we support upskilling in DevOps and data analysis.  

Some of our courses are designed to support official certifications, helping learners prepare for recognised exams from leading vendors and industry bodies. Others are focused on developing practical expertise and skills that can be immediately applied in the workplace. Whether you’re aiming for certification or simply looking to build your technical capabilities, we offer training that supports your professional development goals.  

PLEASE NOTE: While some of our courses align with official certifications, we do not provide exams. These will need to be booked separately, and it’s your responsibility to ensure all prerequisites are met before taking your examination.  

We understand funding your learning is a significant commitment, so we offer a range of flexible payment options to make it easier to manage.  

• Pay by credit/debit card – Pay securely and we’ll share a VAT receipt once the transaction is complete 
• Bank transfer – We can share our details so you can make a payment via bank transfer 
• PayPal ‘Pay in 3’ – Split the cost of your training into three interest-free instalments  
• We can issue a pro-forma invoice for full payment to be made 
• Provide a purchase order and we can invoice your company on 30-day payment terms 

While you’re learning with StayAhead, you’ll have access to expert support every step of the way. Ahead of your training our customer service team will be happy to answer any queries you have about your booking. Then during your course, our experienced trainers are on hand to answer questions, offer guidance, and help you apply what you’re learning.  

There are no complex technical requirements to get started. All you need is a desktop or laptop that can run video calls, a headset with a microphone, and a reliable broadband connection.  

While a webcam isn’t essential, it can help with interaction during live sessions. We also recommend using a second screen so you can easily view course materials alongside your training.  

You’ll receive your course materials via email before your training begins. Most resources are provided in a digital format, so you can access them easily from your device. If your course includes any printed materials, these will be posted to you in advance to make sure you have everything you need to start learning.  

StayAhead’s courses are designed to be highly practical, with a strong focus on real-world application. Many include access to live labs, giving you the chance to get hands-on with the technologies you’re learning about. These interactive, immersive courses allow you to apply new skills in a controlled setting, helping to reinforce your understanding and build confidence before using them in the workplace.
