TERMS AND CONDITIONS |
| Acceptance of StayAhead Training Limited Terms and Conditions is confirmed by an authorised signature on a booking request or an authorised Purchase Order Number. |
FEES |
| All fees are payable before commencement of the course start date. Instructor expenses will be added for on-site courses. All fees are subject to VAT at the appropriate rate. StayAhead Training Limited reserves the right to charge interest at 1.25% per month on overdue payments. |
CANCELLATION/TRANSFER AND SUBSTITUTION FEES |

Cancellation by a delegate will be charged at 100% of the course fee,
if the course start date is within 15 working days. All other cancellations
will be charged at 20% of the course fee. A delegate can be transferred from a course to the same or similar course, running within 3 months of the original course commencement date. Transfers made within 15 working days of the course start date will be charged at 50% of the original course fee. All other transfers will incur no charge. Delegates will be charged 100% of the course fee from the original course in the event of cancellation by the transferring delegate, of the subsequent course. Substitute delegates will be accepted free of charge. If course documentation (Joining Instructions, etc) has already been sent to the client it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the replacement delegate receives this documentation. Customer on-site courses cancelled or transferred by the booking organisation are subject to the above cancellation/transfer conditions and charges. |
PRE-REQUISITES |
| It is the responsibility of the delegates' organisation to ensure that the delegates meet the specified course pre-requisites. |
EQUIPMENT |
| Unless otherwise agreed, the customer will be responsible for the provision and set up of all equipment including computer hardware and software for training being conducted on their premises. |
MATERIALS |
|
All material supplied by StayAhead Training Limited remains the copyright of
StayAhead Training Limited and no copies may be made without prior written agreement. StayAhead Training Limited reserves the right to modify both the course Syllabus and Schedule as it sees fit. Where possible, seven days notice will be provided to the customer and an alternative solution offered. To the extent allowed by law, StayAhead Training Limited's total liability shall not exceed the full amount paid by the customer. This document states StayAhead Training Limited's total liability and is in place of and excludes all other warranties implied by statute and law. |
PARTNER COURSES |
| These Terms & Conditions only apply to StayAhead's own courses and not to partner courses. If this is a partner course then the Terms & Conditions accepted at the time of booking the course supersedes these Terms & Conditions. |
ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PASSPORT AND COMMITMENT SCHEME/PLAN PURCHASES |

Each StayAhead Passport is valid for a maximum of one year and can be used by the named individual only.
All StayAhead Training bulk purchase schemes and plans are valid for one year from date of purchase. These schemes/plans can be used by any individual within the purchasers’ organisation but must be approved by the purchaser. NO refunds are made for training not taken, or for expired Scheme/Plans or Passports. |
